As Frontier continues to grow, we want to thank you for the trust you place in us to move your freight every day! The increase in volume we’ve experienced is a direct result of your continued support, & we’re excited to keep building a stronger and more efficient operation for you.
To ensure we can continue providing reliable same-day pick-ups, we will be introducing a 12:00 PM cut-off time for order submissions starting April 1, 2026.
Orders submitted by 12:00 PM will be visible on our dispatch board in time for our team to build driver manifests and secure same-day pick-up service.
To keep you in control of your freight, we want you to tell us your preferred pick-up window that best fits your operation:
• 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM
• 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM
If you are reading this from the article online - please reach out to customerservice@frontierscs.com to confirm your chosen pick up window by Tuesday March 31st, 2026.
Orders submitted after 12:00 PM may still be accepted, but same-day pick-up cannot be guaranteed. Any orders received after the cut-off will automatically be scheduled for the following business day’s pick-up.
We suggest you reach out to your customerservice@frontierscs.com team, and we’ll make sure we try our best to accommodate any special same day requests that occur after our 12:00 PM cut off.
This adjustment allows our dispatch team to plan routes efficiently, helping us maintain the level of service and reliability you expect from Frontier.
We ask that you please get back to us with your chosen pick-up window from the options above by Tuesday March 31st, 2026 - we’ll send reminders till then – as we are launching our updated service on Wednesday April 1st, 2026.
